Our Vision & Legacy

“I Wear Pearls” was divinely birthed during a moment of humble prayer and communion with the Lord. While seeking His will, Prophetess Tamela Wright heard the simple yet profound phrase: “I wear Pearls.” As she prayerfully immersed herself in Scripture, the Word of God brought clarity through Matthew 7:6 (KJV):

“Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine…”

This Scripture became both the foundation and the inspiration for a flourishing women’s Bible study ministry—“I Wear Pearls.” It first took root in the Store House of Glory in Senatobia, under the overseership of Pastor/Evangelist Greg and Prophetess Tamela Wright. Today, under their continued leadership, this vibrant sisterhood thrives within Wells of Life Church, offering a place where women are cherished as pearls—precious, refined, and honored.
